Lawyer from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, specialist in Business Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia, and holds a Master in Legal Advice on Business – LLM from Instituto de Empresa (IE). She completed the Columbia Management Essentials and Women in Leadership programs at Columbia University, Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies at the University of Cambridge, and Advanced Oral Expression and Written English at George Washington University.

She has over 25 years of professional experience, including roles such as General Secretary and Legal Manager for Grupo Éxito and Carulla Vivero S.A. (both companies listed on the Colombian Stock Exchange). She has also been in charge of the legal teams for Almacenes Flamingo S.A. and Industrias Haceb S.A.

She has led M&A transactions and real estate structuring, crisis management, as well as public securities market issuances, financing, and joint ventures between large companies in various economic sectors.

She belongs to the Boards of Directors of several entities, such as Hospital Pablo Tobón Uribe, Corporación Pueblo de los Niños, Colombo American Chamber of Commerce (Medellín), and Corporación Makaia. She is an arbitrator for the Medellín Chamber of Commerce for Antioquia.
