She has extensive experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Corporate and Commercial Law, advising companies across various sectors on their daily operations. She has participated in significant transactions in different industries, leading due diligence processes and the negotiation of acquisition and investment documents, as well as shareholders’ agreements and the structuring of guarantee mechanisms.
