Krystall Mall Cartagena
Comprehensive structuring and support for the project.
We structured the project with its various stakeholders and supported it comprehensively throughout its development.
Arquitectura y Concreto
Acquisition of the Coltabaco and Cartón de Colombia sites.
We structured for Arquitectura y Concreto a development of about 9 hectares on the former Coltabaco plant in Ciudad del Río. We cleared the title, drafted the memorandum of understanding and negotiated the purchase agreement, the trusts, the assignments of trust rights, the security and the lease that let the seller keep operating.
Arquitectura y Concreto y Renta Urbana
Bringing brands into the Azul de Arenas Shopping Resort, in Cartagena.
We brought in the commercial tenants of Azul de Arenas, the region's first retail development with an artificial crystal lagoon. We negotiated the letters of intent and prepared the trust for pre-sales or leases, the deeds for the units and the leases with brands such as Adidas, Mango, Arturo Calle and Cine Colombia.
Banafrut
Acquisition of multiple assets.
We advised Banafrut on the acquisition of multiple assets.
Conconcreto
Structuring and marketing of the Girardota Industrial Park.
We provide ongoing counseling to Conconcreto on the Girardota Industrial Park: we designed its trust and legal structure, reviewed the zoning requirements, supported the planning permits and negotiated the documents to bring in buyers. We also conduct real estate and zoning due diligence on sites for new projects.
Distrito Vera
Trust structuring and framework investment agreement.
By private invitation, we structured and provide ongoing counseling to Distrito Vera, the Fondo Inmobiliario Colombia and Grupo Éxito development on four blocks of Ciudad del Río, with retail, housing, services, a hotel and student housing. We structured the trust vehicles and the framework agreements with investors, and negotiated with the project's entertainment operator.

Urban planning due diligence.
We advised Fondo Inmobiliario Colombia on the urban planning due diligence of its assets.
Hotel Marriott
Structuring of the project to operate the hotel.
We advised several of the parties on structuring a project to operate a Marriott hotel in a Colombian city.
El Colombiano
Sale of the land.
We advised the owning family on the sale of the El Colombiano land.
Parque Fabricato
Marketing of the project.
We structured for Londoño Gómez the housing, retail and services development on the grounds of the former textile mill in Bello: the investment agreement, the trusts, the land purchase and the design, construction and management contracts. At Plaza Fabricato we negotiated the sale and lease of units with brands such as Flamingo, Comfama, Crepes & Waffles, Decathlon, Éxito and Nike.
Renault – Sofasa
Security for its employee housing loan programme.
Sofasa, which assembles Renault vehicles in Colombia, finances its employees' homes directly on better terms than banks. We review the title and legal status of each property and prepare the security: promissory notes with letters of instruction and mortgage deeds in favour of the company.
Grupo Éxito y Arquitectura y Concreto
Viva Barranquilla and Viva Envigado.
We structured the trust and the investors' agreement between Grupo Éxito and Arquitectura y Concreto for the Viva Barranquilla and Viva Envigado shopping centres.
