She has participated in corporate affairs, getting involved in general secretariat duties and corporate document management.

Additionally, she has been part of transactions across different sectors, conducting due diligence processes and drafting investment documents, as well as shareholders’ agreements. She also has experience advising all types of non-profit organizations to ensure compliance with legal requirements from their incorporation through operation.
